Hey Guys
Anybody heading to Denton Hills next week? I’m a first timer (there) and don’t know what to expect etc…in fact, hoping to sure up a reservation at campsite (suggestions appreciated 😯 ) today or tomorrow…:D
Also…any thoughts on where to stay would also be greatly appreciated 😀
Be heading out with my son…should be a good time I’m sure…

This close to the shoot, you may have some difficulty reserving a campsite…most people reserve them before they leave from the year before….might have to do some driving, or get there early and try to find a site at Denton Hill….Maybe Potter County Family Campground might have some overflow camping available….but I doubt you will be able to drive up that week of the shoot and find anything close!
Good Luck!

I can’t speak to getting a campsite at Denton Hill, as my crew stays at a cabin some 45 minutes south of the ETAR location. That being said, if campsite are difficult to come by at Denton Hill, I know that there are a number of state parks along the route that we take (Route 44) on our way to the shoot that seem to have camping available. Two examples that come to mind are Cherry Springs State Park and Lyman Run State Park. It would be about a 20-30 minute drive, but it might be an option if you can’t find anything closer.
