I have never heard of a custom string keeper, or someone who makes such. I have always just used an elastic band.

If you do succeed in finding a couple, please post a pic or two. I am curious as to what they would look like.

Nothing special, compared to factory manufactured one’s! Just want to support the Tradesman, that want to make them, and offer them for sale. For example.

Would buy one there, but for the life of me, cant seem to register to contact. Was hopefull that someone like that was residing here.

            Thanks!

Well, that did not work very well.If you go to TG and visit Manufactures Classifieds, they have them there.

I’m no expert by any means, but the expert at the local bow shop showed me how to wrap a rubber band around the bottom tip, and then just let the top loop slide down the bow when unstrung.

I’ve looked at the pics on tradgang, doesn’t look like it would be too difficult to make. I may play around with this and see what I can work up. Have less than a week before opening morning though 😀

I cut a finger out of an old leather glove and sewed a leather lace on to make a string keeper. Works fine. dwc

He makes a few…I believe John Dill at Kanati Quivers does as well….8)
