I would like to send out BIG CONGRATULATIONS to 11 year old Nick Martin and Eli McKee who were both pictured in the last TBM. Both had shot awesome whitetails with traditional equipment. Congrats to both of you !! And don’t stop now.
Let’s here it for them guys !
Herein lies the future of bowhunting. The good way.
Hats off as well, to the mentors that got each of them started!!!!

Indeed, far nicer deer than I’ve bagged in a zillion years of trying. Well done! My only concern is that if a young hunter starts by killing a trophy, will he or she expect him/herself to equal or exceed that early triumph the rest of their hunting lives? If so, it’s a very mixed blessing. If not, then double blessings are upon them. IMHO

congrats… thats one thing i love to see is young kids hunting, and with a real bow is even better… my son is 6 and we just got done doing some shooting in the back yard, i had him practicing with a bb gun while i was shooting my longbow, after he missed our target (a 3″x3″ sheet of paper) about 15 times he asked for his longbow and then hit the target 3 times in a row from 7 yards and was within a paper plate for the next 20…. thats awesome…..
