Anyone that’s interested in a great organization that’s helping save a lot of our roadless backcountry for hunting and fishing, the Colorado chapter of Backcountry Hunters and Anglers is having it’s annual rendevous near Salida, Colorado this weekend. Saturday afternoon there will be a general meeting, but other than that get to meet some great like-minded people. Some of the trad guys will set up a target or two also. If you want to go the turn-off is about 7 miles from Poncha Springs off of Hwy 50 on county road 224 north. From there the route to the site will be marked with traffic cones.

Colorado is a lead state for the issues that may effect hunting and fishing on a national level.
With so many dedicated people involved in this Organization, I feel somewhat represented on the issues even in Arkansas.
Everyone should join and support this Organization regardless of where you live!
