Does anyone have any experience with Classic Bowman shirts or jackets. I am particularly interested in the Timber plaid pattern.

It looks great on the website but does it become “blocky” at 15yds+ like so many patterns?

If your talking about shirts and jackets from classic sportsman fine woolen clothing, I have a double rover jacket and love it. My wife steals it to wear, when she can get to it before me, for our late fall or early spring forays out to the farm.

Mine doesn’t seem to get blocky at close range. It may be a bit more “distinct” at close range for something that sees in color, but my friend, who can only see yellow in color, says it is just as good at breaking up my outline as any of the camo he has seen.

I saw a timber plaid jacket up close at the ETAR. The pattern and colors could be just as good as my Autumn Brown KOM pattern in the woods, I think.
