I just want to check in to see how you are all handling the end of the world. At least it’s not interrupting deer season here in PA. dwc

As it happens, it’s also my wife’s birthday (25). Since it’s the end of the world I figured I didn’t need to buy her anything. So if it doesn’t happen, I’m in big trouble tonight. But then, my new Java Man bow is in the mail and I’d sure like to shoot it before the Big Blast-off. So I’m in a pinch either way. 😛

            DWC:

No, the deer season has need interrupted by game regs. 😆 How have you faired since your first? I’m still O for a million, but lovin’ every minute of it. I’m driving down to FL Christmas Day into Boxing Day, so I will miss the grand [re]opening of deer season for us. Hopefully I will return with many pounds of fresh pork. As far as the end of the world, doen’t look much different than it’s been. Darn! I was hoping for at least some fire and brimstone. Well, day’s not over yet 😆 . Are you getting out for late season? If you get a 5C antlerless tag, you can get either sex here until end of January. do you plan to try the late season? Hope all is well. Merry Christmas and Happy New Year. Talk to yu soon. Be well.

Well Frosty the Snowman blew his frozen nose on northern Mi. with heavy, wet snow. Being in the electric utility business I just hope to be home before Christmas or nobody’ s gettin nuthin’:) Did I ever say I hate shopping too?

Well, I woke up early today and it’s all still here. A bit of snow on the ground and a kitchen project to finish and a septic problem to conquer. It ain’t the end of the world.

Yesterday was my daughter’s birthday and my dad’s, too. As a photographer, the winter solstice and the return of the light has special significance. It’s always been a favorite holiday.

Yes, I’ll be back out for the winter season. I have stands I haven’t used yet and some good spots to sit. I look forward to getting back out in the fresh air to do some serious squirrel watching.

Good luck to you all in the New Year and peace to you in the holiday of your choice. peace, dwc

Septic problems around the holidays? Reminds me of National Lampoons Christmas Vacation. 😆 Good luck. Be well.
