Local woodworking dealer has Tom Turgeon doing a self-bow making class in March.

Already signed up and rearin’ to go.

Hands-on education always helps and I know I can count on ya’ll if I have questions later!

Sounds like good fun. Meanwhile, some months ago Clay Hayes did a great selfbow build-along here, which you’ll enjoy and learn from. Alas, Clay or Robin or someone else with better search skills than I have will have to locate it for you and provide a link. It’s all fun, Dave

Thanks, I had looked at it before.

And I appreciate the inputs from all.

This is just a chance to work directly with a bowyer in a hands-on setup.

Even at 64 I want to learn more and this can’t hurt.
