I recently started shooting (mostly whitetails and stumps) with a 58″ 50# Bear Grizzly and I couldn’t be happier with it. Now i’m trying to figure out how to attach arrows to it to get it rigged for the woods. It’s a newer Grizz, so it is tapped, but i’m not dead set on using the tapped holes if a slide/strap on version would be better. I shoot a 29″ carbon shaft, 3-4″ shield cut fletchings with an Eskimo BH, Typically carry 4 arrows (3 with BH, 1 with Judo).
The quivers i’ve been kicking around for it are:
1. Selway Slide On
2. Great Northern Strap-On Kickback
3. Bear Snap-On (Spring Arm)
It would be great to get some input from anyone on a quiver that works well specifically on the Bear Grizzly. Thanks!!!

Mainbow dude; Greetings from S.E. Arizona.
I don’t have a Grizz but I have set up a Super Kodiak & a Mag 48 with the 8 arrow Bear spring arm quivers. Kind of a ‘retro’ thing & pretty happy with them. ……………. However, I shoot 2213s so the arrows fit tight in the rubber gripper. Smaller diameter carbons might be a problem. One other issue could be noise. I wrapped the limb with Cor-Flex (pet section / Wally World) where the spring arms fit and then some more over the arms to tighten everything up. Then cut some narrow strips to wrap anywhere metal wire crossed metal wire. Used the last narrow strip for a tip protector on the lower limb and good to go.

I don’t own a grizzly, but I do have a Bear take-down. It too is tapped for a quiver.
I started out with a Great Northern quiver but I didn’t like how close together the hood and gripper were. I didn’t feel it stabilized the arrows well. Additionally, I didn’t feel the arrows balanced well on the bow. The nock ends hung below the bottom of the bow.
I had a selway on another bow and didn’t like it for its heavy weight.
I ended up with a hybrid quiver where the hood was strapped to the upper limb and the gripper was affixed by bolt to the lower threaded insert. The hood is flat to give the lowest profile with 2-bladed broadheads.
I got my quiver from Eagles Flight Archery: https://www.eaglesflightarchery.com/
Here’s a picture of the quiver in action on a family trip to Hawaii (some years ago…):

I had and liked the Bear ” snap on” ( spring clip ) . Very appropriate for a grizzly.
I currently use Eagle’s flight bowquivers in both the Navajo and Mesa( flat like Steve mentioned) models. I really like the Mesa for broadheads. If I get another one it will be the 3 arrow model. I have the four which is bigger than I like on my smaller bows….
