Does anyone have experience with Behman ICS 300 shafts in FOC builds? They weigh 9.5 gr/inch. Are these stiff enough to build UEFOC arrows with? I have access to a dozen new ones a guy wants to get rid of out of his old bow shop.
Any info is much appreciated.

Jans,
These are the shafts I’m currently using.
300gr point, 125 steel point adpt., double externial footing, and standard alumium insert yeilds an 800gr. arrow with 31+% UEFOC.
I like the weight along with the UEFOC. I’ll be hunting with them this coming season.

I just dug one out and put 350 up front and it flies great. They are cheap to.

24%foc 680 total! Flies great. I need to order some heads and make sure they fly good, I am pretty sure they will.

Hi Doug,
I’ve been using the 400s for my 46# longbow with 28% FOC, 50 grain insert, 75 grain steel adapter and 225 grain Tuffhead. Total weight is 625. I think they fly great. Have fun, dwc
