Bear Kodiak Mag 1953 Refurb/refinish?

Hello all,

I picked up a Bear Kodiak Mag one piece recurve 52″, 45#@28″ in a gargae sale/antique place for $15. The problem is is has and UGLY rail installed for a pinsite, a slight crack/deep scratch in finish on upper limb and, biggest issue I think. pretty good twist in the limbs.
My question is – do any of you guys know who could take a look at this bow to fix/refurb it? I’d like to get it looking as new as possible without spending a small fortune (that I don’t have anyway). Love to take it stump shooting or even hunting at some point in the near future….
