Remember that little ditty “My Balogna has a first name it’s O s c a r, my Balogna has a second name it’s Mayer” etc etc.

I changed the ditty to “My Sourdough has a first name it’s L a r r y, my Soudough has a second name and its Fischer” etc etc.

Made Sourdough Pancakes and eggs for dinner last evening with Larry’s receipe. Mmmmm

I “really” like Biscuits Larry, come on back for an encore:wink:

Don’t want to overload the tip of the week with recipes, next month I’ll send one over for biscuits. Don’t forget to feed you sourdough and keep it covered. Refrigerate if leaving for extended periods of time.
I usually feed mine every 3-4 days and enjoy pancakes on the weekend. If we are baking bread then I feed it heavily during the week so it’s ready for the weekend.
