Hat’s off to Duncan for his inspiration (search for FrankenQuiver) and his advice.

I had picked up a Wally World hip quiver for $10, then found Duncan’s FrankenQuiver post, so thought I would make the Arkansas version.

All I needed was some leather, wait….my brother-in-law works for a shoe factory….”can you get me some scraps?” was all it took. Love the price $0 for quiet a bit of leather to work with.

Here is the work in progress so far. I will update once the project is completed.

I’m 99% finished with this project. All that’s left is cutting and attaching the strap.

Decided to try my hand at making a single-arrow quiver as well.

            Here are the latest pictures.

Inspiring indeed! Makes me want to dig up all the leather in the house and try to explain to my wife just what happened to that new purse she had!!!

Wow! Woodchuck! That looks great! I love the dark stitching on the ligher color leather. That is really sharp. And you out did me on the build pics. I can’t wait to see some action pics stumping or at the range.
