Gave the old riser a coat of OD paint and took it for a walk.

        One of my favorite targets.

        Another mythical beast….stumposaurus.

What are the odds of finding an old leather glove in a sea of green and brown? Well here’s one that has lent itself to the environment….a spider’s home, or perhaps a storage area for Whitefooted Mice.

Perfect camo for stalking stumps….comfort is number one.

Taking a shot across the creek onto opposite bank.

        Big Sugar Maple.

        Ground view of squirrel home.

Natural grapevine bridge. No tolls needed. )).

          One that didn’t get away.

Limestone rocks make stumping hazardous…..aim carefully.

A distant target in the rocks. An original “iron man” target.

Heading back to truck from a nice walk on SGL 48.

That is a beautiful area of the country you have to stump shoot in.
