I came accross this via the Sierra Club. If your disagree with the Sierra Club, fine, but follow me on this one. I hadn’t heard of the Outdoor Initiative until recently and it’s something I think you may be interested in.
Some of us are particulaly interested because as I’ve been reading the posted ideas and there are a lot of people pushing for more OHV use and more public land open to OHV use. I also came across some submissions calling for an end to wilderness and proposed wilderness areas (probably OHV/moutain bike enthusiast).
