I have been hunting this buck all last season. This was one of his sheds from 2 years ago. Guess where I found it? In my Ground Blind spot! Well.. he made it through the 2009 Season thanks to me! My arrow got smacked down be a branch! His antlers where a bit larger and more mature this year. I had a second chance at him this year, but the quartering away shot was just too sharp for my liking, so I watched and waited instead. Hopefully, he will fair well through the winter. And next year we’ll see. Been out scouting and learning more about his travel patterns. Well.. as we say. there’s always next year!
