        For a good many of others too, deer season starts Oct 1 for me here in IN.

        It’s time to make sure my traditional i’s are dotted and t’s are crossed!!

        Things don’t begin to go into high gear and the weather don’t get anywhere close to prime temps till late Oct but…..hey……..IT’S SEASON.

        and time is spent out amongst em!

        A tip of my camo hat and heartfelt prayers for a safe, fun filled and educational season to one and all!

        If I don’t have a skin head (doe) hanging by end of the first week……..I DONT WANT TO HEAR ABOUT IT!! 😀

        Hunt sharp, hunt safe. PICK A SPOT.

          Steve, I’m really getting revved up for the season to start here in Ohio too. Just want to be out there in the woods even though the weather will probably be too warm to hang a deer for long. Wanna get a doe in the freezer ASAP,if you know what I mean. I’ve been emphasizing “pick a spot” and follow through with every practice shot I take…..It still doesn’t always work. 🙄
