I may be mistaken, there may be an article in TBM regarding taking the twist out of a bow. Check the 2012 issues. The author corrected a twist in a fibergalss bow, he may also have suggestions for your Wing bow.
A bowyer I met once said that he supports the riser and attaches a string to the twisted limb (opposite side as the twist). Then places a low weight (ounces) on the string. Over time, he claimed, the limb would be corrected. I didn’t feel any tug on my leg 😆 so I think he was serious.
