    Ok these are just off the top of my head but here’s a couple for morels:

    1. Sliced crossways and fried in butter, served on toast.

    2. If you have a well seasoned pie iron – get it warm, melt some butter in it, add morels and a good dash of Grand Marnier, and cook til sizzlin.

    3. Rinse morels and slice lengthwise, dip in an egg and milk mixture, dip in crushed ritz crackers with a bit or parmesan chesse mixed in, deep fry or fry in a cast pan flipping once with oil and butter til cooked golden brown.
