Some of you may remember that I surprised my boy with a Buck #112 on opening day this year (Trad Knife Thread). He loves that knife more than just about anything he owns and he never passes up a chance to use it. He’s been helping me and my buddies butcher all season long. Sometimes he even sleeps with that knife (folded and in its sheath, of course)–what a kid.
Besides steaks and roast, we made Italian brats and chorizo this week. Half the chorizo is Mexican style, half is Spanish style.
