About Anthony Triolo

Anthony is currently living in the Santa Cruz Mountains of California, where he is a local vineyard manager. At the same time, he is a Professor of Mediterranean Studies and Eco-gastronomy for the Institute for American Universities in the south of France, where he teaches classes on gastronomy, wine and food pairing. For this hunt, he hunted with a 59# Pronghorn Longbow with 200gr single-bevel broadhead.
