I know there are guys from all over the U.S. on this site so, where can a guy go on a whitetail hunt where you can shoot whitetails (bucks or does) and fill multiple tags? I generally fill the freezer with elk, deer, and bear meat, but I would really like to go somewhere and have a chance to shoot two, three, or more whitetails. I know there are states where that is possible, but where?

Kansas allows 1 antlered whitetail tag and multiple antlerless tags depending on unit.

On a archery tag in Missouri you are allowed to kill two deer of either sex but only one buck before rifle season and two turkeys of either sex. And almost all of the state allows you to take as many does as you want to buy a tag for.
A resident gets two and two turkey for $19 and as many anterless tags as you want buy for $7.

Illinois is rediculous for NRs if you want a buck tag. But doe tags are unlimited, over the counter, and I believe $15 each for NRs.

WI is $165 for a NR archery tag, which allows you one buck (subject to earn-a-buck restrictions in some areas) and one state-wide doe tag. Additional doe tags are $20 each in some zones, $2 in others, or free in CWD zones.

Both IL and WI have no daily limits — shoot as many as you have legal tags for.

Thanks guys – I had no idea there were so many options. I will be looking into your states for next year. Sounds like a great way to pass the winter nights.
