Have you experienced or used either system? International limb fitting or HDS has been around for more than 30 years. ILF really enables those who like quick change capability and Tiller adjustment. There is also a wide variety of ILF limbs on the market today from many Manus here in the US and abroad to choose from. There has also been several Manus that have marketed shorter Risers for those of us who prefer a shorter Bow. Most Bow Hunters find the 25 and 23 inch Olympic Risers too long for hunting.

The Olympic Risers in 25 inch make a 66,68,70 inch AMO length Bow. The 23 shoertens this by 2 inches for a 64,66,68.

These lengths are determined by the three available Limb lengths available. These are Shorts,Mediums,Longs.

Now you can see how the 17 and 21 inch Risers are preferred by the Bow Hunter clientele. A 17 inch Riser brings the length down to a 58 inch Bow with shorts. The 21 makes a 62 inch Bow with shorts.
There is much more info on this subject and will post up reletive info and some background on the DAS connection system which is a modified Hoyt attachment later on.:D
