Our hard working and beloved NCBA president suffered from a stroke this past January. He is just now getting his legs back under him. So I put a stick together for him to help with getting around. Thought you guys might like to see some pictures…
1 picture is the stick, 2nd picture is the fancy part, 3rd picture is the imbedded stone point, and the last picture is the compass…

I always carry a walking stick when in the woods – especially as I get older. I fall down less with one -haha

I have met a lot of great people in my job, and I certainly don’t remember all of them, but Ramon and Maria are unforgettable! They do work very hard for that club, as do all the folks there. We really enjoyed our visit to NC a few years ago. Please tell them hello from Robin and T.J. 😀

That’s well done. Here’s a photo of a natural vine choked maple that I cut and made a walking stick out of. Gave it to a friend at Denton Hill.
