Do any of you know what process (I assume molded) Ben Pearson used in making those great old beginners bows? What kind of fiberglass did they use? How could these bows be duplicated?

I have a 45# that I plan to use as a stencil for building laminated bows for fun. But wondered if anyone knew how to manufacture the old ones.:?:

Can you show us a pic of the bow you want to copy?

From the pic it looks like one of those solid fiberglass bows. No laminations, just solid fiberglass. If so, I can say I have no idea of how to go about making one. I’ve made several lamnated and self/primitive bows, but have never given thought to making one out of a solid piece of glass.
