I just recieved my new Kota Prarie fire longbow its a 60″ 60#@28″ delfex reflex longobw. I have owned a Kota Killum recurve for three years its sweet so I had Tim Build me a matching draw weight Prarie fire it shoots even sweeter than the Killum! Thanks very much to our Moderator for the assistance in adding the pics! The dark riser is the Killem its a nice petite recurve riser and shoots really well but im actually more of a longbow guy so i ordered the Prarie fire in the same poundage so I can use the same wood arrows with both bows. The Praire fire longbow 60″ seems to shoot as fast as the recurve the difference is imperceptable without a chronograph its very smooth and even more accurate in my hands anyway. Im a big fan of Bamboo so they are both bamboo most of my bows are Bambo they just seem to shoot smoother to me anyway. I really wondered about the bow length because most of my longobws are 66″ to 69″but this bow really shoots smooth and fast with no perceptable recoil. I highly reccomend Kota archercy.

Codger, you know a thread like this is worthless without pictures 😀

Codger, first congrats on the new bow! Tim does make a fine bow. Now for the pictures.

If you can save the picture at a file size of medium and file quality as low, that should give you an image that is about the right size.

If ya get frustrated, you can always email the photos to me at webmaster@tradbow.com and I’ll post them in your thread.

I must say I couldnt be happier with this pair of bows!

I know there are so many great Bowyers out there it tough to decide but i looked at quite a few bows before ordering my first Kots after that I was sold on them.
