Finished the prototype of the Saw Blade Trade Points I’m working on and it is really close to what I was looking for in a head. It came out finished at 206 grains and I was shooting for 200. I cut this one out of a Black & Decker circular saw blade. Going to go and try and tested it here before dark and will try and post the video sometime later.

Looks great! What are you cutting them out with?

I have the same compliment, and same questions, as Duncan. And any idea the hardness of the steel?

Guys I’m using a 4″ Angle Grinder with a cutting disk for the initial cuts and then the final shaping and sharping is all done with a file. Not sure of the hardness Dave, but they are tough. Here is a video of the test I did on this one.
