        really enjoyed the history article on the short longbow. Definitely plan to try and read the books you recommend when I can.

            Excellent article. And the recommended readings are very good–great winter evening entertainment.

            It’s probably been stated before–and I likely missed it–but, has anyone ever taken one of those north American Indian arrows out of the museum case and measured the foc?
