Hi Everyone,
It will be a little longer before we decide what the new department will be called. Thanks for all the great ideas and submissions. You are a very clever group. 8)
The winner of the random drawing for a Premium Membership is…drumroll please…SteveMcD. 😀
Yeah for Steve. He was one of our very first members on this new site and we are happy to upgrade his membership. For everyone else, we appreciate your participation and hope you will be able to add to the new department when we get it up and running.
Thanks again.

Wow! To Robin & The TBM Staff! Thank You! Very, Very Much! I am pleasantly surprised!
This is a wonderful website. Built from the foundation and principles of TBM Magazine. Need I say more!
It is really cool to see a forum and website where folks like TJ, Don Thomas, Dave Petersen and others can share their knowledge and opinions. I find their shared experiences and opinions very helpful.
Thank you Again!
A Happy, Safe & Successful Hunting Season to Everyone!
Successes being those measures we carry in our heart…. -
Congrats, Steve. Lucky bugger…lol. Good luck this hunting season.

The new department will be called “The Trailhead”, submitted by Clay Hayes. It was a tough decision, and thanks again for all the great ideas.
Watch for Jarrod’s article to be posted sometime this weekend and a new forum heading for folks with questions. I know you all have questions and answers that will help others.
Have a great weekend! 😀

Thanks to all who submitted titles for the new feature. All of them were interesting, and I appreciate the great participation from all those who took the time to chime in.
The Trailhead, which Clay submitted, kept popping back up to the top. Actually, we had several titles that would have been great. But The Trailhead just beamed out as a beginning of the adventure, the trail, which this column is: how to get started in traditional archery and bowhunting.
Like many of you, I am looking forward to seeing Jarrod’s column, and getting the youth and beginners involved.
T.J.
