        Im new to traditional and just picked up a PSE Blackhawk. Nice bow for the money and shoots nice.
        60/50# any one else out there with the same and arrow suggestions

          The options are endless mate.
          I shoot 50lb @28 and use a number of different arrows.
          Based on a 125g head,alloy 2016 cut to 28.5,,,wood “Pine” 45-50lb with a 10″ rear end tapper cut to 28.5.
          Carbon,,both Goldtip 3555 and Carbon express heritage 150,,100g brass insert,125g-165g point cut to 29″.
          I also know a number of other guys shooting 50lb bows,mostly recurves,most of them are shooting .500’s of different makes,but all with 100g brass inserts behind what ever wheight point their using.
          One guy shooting a 50lb purely target recurve is shooting .600’s with 90g points.
          His bow is blazing fast an sounds like an old truck door slaming shut.
          I do know one person currently shooting a PSE Black hawk,a lady shooter who is a past NZ recurve barebow champion,,,she’s drawing 55lb @28 an certainly keeps the boys honest.

            Thanks for the reply. Thats a lot of information. Im gonna try to play around a little with suggustions and find what I like the best. Once i get proficent with the bow I would like to hunt with it.
