I finally tuned my arrows for this season with much help from Mr. Troy. I have been shooting daily and found that i had issues with my arrow hitting the riser. Long story short, I shot with a fellow Tradbow buddy and he noticed the noise aswell. He did a simple spin test on my arrows and found the culprit. Only one arrow was making this loud slap on the riser but I had not take the time to figure out why. I figured all my arrows were doing this. I shoot Carbons and I figured all was perfect. That one noisy arrow had a bad wobble to it and was the reason for riser slap. The rest are whisper quiet. I thought Id share with you guys. Spin testing is now part of my arrow tuning. Thankfully it was not an issue with brace height. I hope this helps a few of you guys.

          SC,

Now your using that hair covered noggin for more than a hat holder…

Just remember one thing. The day you think you have learn’t all you can, you will find out there is something else to learn.

I figure if that day ever come for me I’ll be pushing up daisys in afew hours.

          Troy
