I was thinkin’ which ain’t always so good, but anyway, I make my arrows, I like my arrows, and I don’t want to loose or break my arrows but they ain’t ever gonna be worth millions like these other artists works are sooooooooo I quit worrying about it and just shoot’em. Don’t cry no more. Seems they go where I planned better when I quit worrying about them goin’ to “lost arrow land”.
Really, something to think about, if you’re worried about losing an arrow, your mind ain’t where it’s supposed to be.

The thought of losing or breaking a wood arrow really bothered me at first. I started out making arrows really plain as a result and began stockpiling them. I make them a whole lot fancier now. I’ve got far too many and actually don’t mind breaking them. It gives me an excuse to make more!

I know this has helped me shoot better. Funny how that works.

The nice thing about woods is…they can be just as beautiful broken.

That’s the best part about breaking arrows. You get to make more! 8) 😀

I don’t mind breaking wood arrows anymore either. Especially cedar and even more so…douglas fir…love the smell! 🙂

Speaking of wood arrows, I really need to get some more feathers so I can fletch up some more for the upcoming shoots. God knows I’ll need em! 😳

I have been working on a set for my new longbow these past week or so. I have all the shafts stained an finished ready for nocks and point this weekend. Hopefully I get them all fletched up for the next weekend.
