You only posted this recently… so I’ll say few words and let the experts step up.

You’ve not told us if they’re full length or you cut them already. Troy B’s tuning set up on the Tuff Head site suggests starting out with FULL length and point /insert weight you want bare and trim from the rear.

I’ll hazard a guess that much consistent far left would suggest stiff…, but I followed Troy’s outline and while it took me a few days, doing it exactly as recommended, I got incredible results!

IF it is indeed too stiff for your set-up, longer length arrow, heavier front weight and reducing side plate/center cut all have the effect of weakening spine I was taught.

I reduce my side plate material and even sanded my seal skin down some.. and it helped a lot.

If the 350s are borderline stiff, as you say, I would expect them to impact to the left for a right handed archer. Try the 400s and see if they impact closer to center. You could always pile a ton of weight up front to weaken the 350s, but I’d rather have the correct spine to begin with.

You can play with the brace height as a fine tuner also.

It’s been my experience with selfbows and otherwise small, left of center shelves, that lowering spine, as much as 15lbs will help quite a bit in bringing my POI closer to my POA.

I’m by no means any expert. In fact I’m a complete noob.

I’ve had the same problem though in my practice. It turned out I’m cross-eye dominant.

Not sure if you’ve got the same case, but I’ve heard all kinds of suggestions such as wearing an eye patch on your dominant eye to train your non-dominant eye. (Same problem for shotgun shooting.)

Otherwise, shouldn’t you just be able to compensate by adjusting your aim to the right just a little?
