For those whom have not yet listened to this, I would bet a dozen arrows that much, if not all, of the information given within this podcast will be entertaining as well as informative to you and well worth the 45 minutes or so required to listen to it in it’s entirety.
Not only is David’s synopsis of his life, his work history and love of the outdoors “worth a listen” themselves, the information within of his involvment in the history and conservaton of wildlife is astounding.
To a “flatlander” like myself, much of the information offered concerning this same history of “man and beast” plus the current organizations that he mentions and supports, involved with conservation, were totally unknown to me.
However! Be forewarned!
Previously, I had ” a couple ” of David’s books on my “bucket list” to read. Upon listening to the work involved (FIVE YEARS OF RESEARCH ON GHOST GRIZZLY?) and some of the information and history within some of his others….my list has grown.
and NO……..as yet, I have not met this gentleman in person, and am not affiliated with his work in any way, so this is as UNbiased of recommendation I believe you will ever find.
God Bless
