The Hammock seat is great and they have great customer service. My dog got ahold of mine and chewed the plastic buckle off before I knew she had it. I emailed Fanatic Outdoors about buying a new strap and they replied to send them my address and they would have one on the way free of charge. Don’t find that kind of customer service very often.
