Before our Mom shows up and (rightfully) takes our fun away, let me just say this:
Holding a plastic soda bottle pressurized to 200 psi in front of your unprotected eyes, forehead and thorax is almost certain to earn you a Darwin Award with oak leaf cluster, sooner or later.:shock::shock:

Hmmm…8) You can’t even call that archery!
As a toy, I’ll bet a lot of guys would have fun before winning their Darwin Award.

Kind of funny cause he made it himself.
But seriously have you seen the “Airbow” that is introduced to our hunting culture now? Not sure if it’s been up here on this sight yet. Basically its a gun that shoots arrows with pressurized air. Go to their website and they provide a form to send to your legislatures to have it included in the archery season.
Ridiculous.

Jim Shockey is an industry whore.
It never ceases to amaze me, what people will do for little pieces of green paper. Heck, they will do it just to get a number in a spread sheet that represents little pieces of green paper.
Stupid is as stupid does.
I think I’ll send Jim a copy of A Sand County Almanac. Assuming he knows how tho read, maybe it will give him something to think about.

There seems to be a push the include anything that has a broadhead on the front in the archery seasons. Broadheads are not the only determining factor the delivery system also counts. This will be marketed to allow those that have difficulty drawing a crossbow to participate in archery seasons. They will not stop until they are using 410 shells to fire a shaft with a broadhead mounted on the front.

Likely a big waste of your time. Remember don’t wrestle with pigs:lol:

I like the variation off that, “don’t try to teach a pig to sing, it’s a waste of time and the pig just gets upset. ” anon. Dwc

Is that not a harpoon.
May come in useful next time I’m whaling in the woods.
Mark.
