Any idea what the shelf is cut too? Maybe some 45/50 POC arrows. What is your draw? Need a little more input but you can start with some Port Orford Cedars cut to 29″ in the 45/50# spine and go with a 125gr Magnus Snuffer or Woodsman.

If your bow s cut more to center and your draw is long then you may need a heavier spine weight.

For example, I shoot a three piece longbow that has a deep shelf (not quite center) and it is 58@28″. My draw is 29.5″ and that puts my spine on wood arrows at 70-75 spine.
