This may be my last post. I apologize for my absence in the past several months or more.

My situation has only improved to the point where Im not living in pain but financially it cant get worse. All options have been considered and simply have found nothing but still looking.

Income gone, no jobs will even call for interview with a 58 yr old with “back problems” and last month the mother of my son, and still best freind found out she has cancer.

Emergency surgery, and only two doses of chemo later, she has already lost 25 percent of her body weight and all her energy. Steve Jr. has only found part time work and “Dad” simply has no more financial help to give.

Within a month, Ill be living on their unheated, un AC back porch if I cannot find something and SOON. All personal items will go to auction out of sheer necessity.

I only ask that you pray for His assistance, helping me see the path to follow and the understanding of what is expected of me.

I simply do not see and “out” for us yet it is only for Jenny and Steve Jr. that I feel I must continue to try.

SHOULD anyone notice items for sale in the “four letter auction” by seller “skrsr” your help is appreciated spreading the word to sell it. While I regret all of them going Ive found that there is more things important in life and go they must.

My two remaining varmint rifles are already listed where I can but my archery items are going to be ASAP.

God Bless you, one and all! I not only hope that you all have a great, GREAT season upcoming but more so hope that life NEVER rears the ugly side of it’s head and takes a bite out of you.

PMs, if offered will be replied to as long as Im online. Once moved, I will not be online unless somehow we can do so that I am not aware.

        Steve Sr.

Steve, my family and I will lift you and yours up in prayer this evening. The coach in me must say to keep your head up, keep hope alive and ultimately, He will move mountains!

Steve – T Downing posted the verse I would have posted. Buddy we will keep you lifted up in prayer. I will be gone all next week teaching at the MT Youth Bowhunter Camp, but will be praying every day for God’s intervention into your situation.

I bind this with my fellow brothers in Christ here, as a matter of urgency.

Hit http://www.klove.com on line and put it up for prayer there to.

Steve — thanks for sharing your unfortunate fix with us. That takes courage! No need to say “goodbye,” but just “I’ll likely be out of touch for a while … looking forward to better times and will be back then.”

We too are looking forward to your better times! Everything passes … everything. Hang in. I’ve sent a PM. Best cheers, dave petersen

God bless you and your family. I and my family will pray for your family. I have first hand experience with cancer in my family. I pray that you can find some work soon. Remain always strong in faith.

Hi Steve, good to hear from you and sorry to learn of your circumstances. I can’t add much to what has already been said other than to say that I hope that you get comfort from their prayers and that I will also be thinking of you and your family.

                          Mark.

                                    Steve,
I’m sorry to hear of your situation. It is often when we think things can’t get worse that we find strength we did not know we had. This further strengthens my belief that God is with us always. A friend who recently faced prostate cancer and removal surgery told me that if God can lead you to it He will lead you through it and I know it is true. God bless you and your family.

Steve Sr.-I’ve always enjoyed your intelligent-and long!- posts. I, myself, have been absent for a while, wrapped up in my situation and our country’s tribulations now, and for those to come in the near future. Do what you have to do, stuff is just stuff in the end, keep your spirit strong and persevere in the face of adversity for evil times are upon us. But we are Americans with our unique founding documents, many of us are Christians with our Bible and the eternal hope promised by God within, so never, never, never, never give up. My prayers to the Good Lord are for you and yours, trad bowbrother and hunter.

I left my home of 45 years. It was tough but we forged a new life and now it (that past) seems like a bad dream.
I have every expectation of seeing your posts in the near future.

Steve, I live in Knox and work in Plymouth. Unfortunately where I work isn’t hiring right now. I would look into Norfolk Southern Railroad, I have heard that they have alot of guys ready to retire and I know of two guys that just got hires on. They have crews from Ft Wayne to Chicago. I would really look into this, I’ve heard it’s a good company to work for. Best of wishes, Steve Branson
