Youth bows only? or all kinds? Start hitting the trad shoots, meet otrher collectors on the many site sout there, set your sights realistically and start out small, inexpensive and work up the arsenal..

I’d start with the bows from Indian Archery. I saw a set recently that contain a lemonwood selfbow, footed target arrows, glove and armguard, and targets contained in a wooden box. Now that is the pinnacle of a youth archery set. I imagine it was made sometime in early 50’s.
I would also would look for the Bear Cub, they were a nice youth bow.
Unless you just want to collect shooter bows that are as indestructable as a Twinkie then stay away from the solid fiberglass, not much value there.
