        Hello,

Seems as though Bamabows have dropped off the grid? Website is down, no updates on the facebook page or twitter. Just wondering if anyone else knows if Nathan is ok?

        Cheers!

The website is not just down, the url is for sale.  So I guess that means no more bamabows.

I never owned one, but I know a lot of folks did.  It’s always sad to see a bowyer end his work.

I own 3 of his bows and stand by them. Great pieces of work, definitely sad if he indeed has shut up shop.

Hopefully someone can shed some light on what happened.

I saw somewhere on a social media channel that he has taken a job in order to cover health insurance for his young family. I don’t know much more about it, and I don’t know him personally so this is third hand information. I have always heard great things about his bows, so if you have one it is now even more of a treasure. Hopefully, he can build bows again some day.

(Please let’s not get into discussions about health care or politics today. I’m planning on spending the days with my grandkids.)

                Thanks for the info!

No, not interested in health care discussions here. Just generally concerned/curious about Nate etc!

Nate is indeed driving a truck and shut down shop. I have two of his bows and will never part with them.
