Hey guys, so I have a question for you:
Let’s say I am shooting a carbon arrow, and have the spine and length all figured out so it shoots straight- bare shaft. If I want to switch to an aluminum shaft, then the shaft diameter is going to be much larger. How does that larger diameter shaft affect the spine? Will I need a lighter spine arrow than the carbon? I’m shooting a 31″ .340 spine carbon arrow. If I went to a .340 aluminum, then what you guys suggest trying: lengthen the shaft, or shorten it, try a lighter or stiffer spine?
Thanks,
Preston
